After buying my first home in 1996, I got the Real Estate bug! Having always loved houses, their architecture, uniqueness and design, I decided to get my Real Estate license. I specialize in residential resale and listings.
I am licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My market areas are Bucks county, Montgomery County, & Philadelphia Counties. In New Jersey I cover Camden County, Burlington County, Atlantic County and Cape May County. Being a Realtor is really my 2nd passion. Teaching is my 1st. For the past 28 years, I have been a teacher, coach and guidance counselor for the Haddon Township school district. I decided to get my real estate license 14 years ago because I wanted to buy homes for investments. Some I have flipped, others I have held on to, to building my portfolio. To say that I have learned a lot from those experiences is an understatement. But the knowledge I have gained over these years, allows me to help my clients navigate to process and all that can be involved.
Real Estate is constantly changing. I enjoy teaching what I am learning in the market to my clients so that they can make the best decisions for them.
